Please refer to individual class policies for Afterschool Clubs, Camps, Sports Leagues, and classes with fewer than six (6) meetings. No refunds or credits will be issued outside of these policies.
General Refund Policy
Students who request to withdraw from most classes at least one (1) business day before the class begins may receive an 80% refund (a 20% administrative fee will be charged; minimum $3, maximum $25 per class).
Exceptions: This policy does not apply to Afterschool Clubs, Camps, Community Gardens, Sports Leagues, and classes with fewer than six meetings. Please see individual refund policies below.

Requests must be made at least two (2) weeks prior to the start of camp to transfer sessions, receive a credit, or request a refund.

No credits, transfers, or refunds will be issued after this deadline.

A 20% administrative fee will apply (not to exceed $25).
Sports Leagues
Classes with Fewer Than 6 Meetings
Credit on Account
Students who withdraw at least one (1) business day before the third scheduled class may receive a full credit on account with the City of Torrance Registration Office.

Credit & Debit Card Fee
The City of Torrance charges a non-refundable 2.5% fee on all credit and debit card transactions.
