Apply for or Renew a Business License

You need a business license if you:

  • Have a company located in Torrance
  • Will physically work in Torrance
  • Will use your own vehicles to deliver to Torrance

Step 1.Create an online account

Step 2.Link your online account to the business license

Once you've created an account, link your business licence to it:

  • Click on the Licenses tab, then click Apply for a License and follow the prompts.
  • Enter your business license number from your renewal notice
  • Enter your 10-digit PIN code from your renewal notice and follow the prompts to complete the link 

 

Step 3.Track and Renew Licenses

While logged in to the online portal, select the Licenses tab, then click Track and Renew Licenses, and follow the prompts to the new page and submit payment.
