Mediation Services
Torrance residents can also access Choice Mediation for Dispute Resolution to help resolve conflicts involving neighbors, view obstructions, noise, landlords/tenants, animal control, business/consumer issues, homeowner associations, and more.
Mediation gives you an alternative way to resolve problems without letting someone else make the decision for you. You and the other parties decide the outcome and determine the terms of the agreement. The mediator doesn't make decisions—they guide you toward a solution that works for everyone.
Mediation also lets you discuss issues openly in a private, confidential setting where you control the conversation. Because you play an active role in resolving the issue, you're more likely to feel comfortable with and support the solution.
