Reserve your Picnic Spot

You can reserve picnic areas for your gathering. A reservation is required if your group has 25 or more people or if you plan to use a bouncer/jumper (a separate permit is required). If your group has more than 100 people, please contact the Facility Booking Office for additional information. 

Before submitting your request, please review the Picnic Reservation Policy(PDF, 1MB) for important information about fees, permitted uses, setup guidelines, and cancellation terms. When ready, complete the picnic reservation application(PDF, 1MB) to request your preferred date and location. Reservations are processed based on availability. Early applications are recommended.

Bouncer/Jumper Permits

If you plan to have a bouncer or jumper(PDF, 185KB), you must also purchase a permit in addition to your picnic reservation. Permits must be purchased at the same time as your reservation.

Facility Booking is closed on weekends. You cannot add or purchase permits on or after your event date.

Torrance Residents

  • Book online up to 2 months in advance

  • Book in person up to 9 months in advance

Non-Residents

  • Book up to 2 months in advance

The latest you can make a reservation is Monday at 4:00 PM for the upcoming weekend.
