The City of Torrance publishes budget documents to keep the public informed on the City’s financial plans and health. The City typically reports financial data by fiscal year (FY), which is the consecutive 12-month period beginning July 1 and ending the following June 30.

The City’s published budgets, capital improvement plans, and other related documents are listed below. The City also uses OpenGov to help provide transparency with its financial activity. In addition, the Capital Projects Dashboard highlights active and completed capital projects throughout our community.
