Torrance Community Television, known as TCtv, is a public-access cable channel available to residents of Torrance, California. TCtv is cablecast on Spectrum Cable channel 28 and Frontier FiOS channel 36 only in the Torrance area. TCtv provides the equipment, facilities, training, and support free-of-charge to Torrance residents so that they can produce and cablecast their own cable television shows.
The Telecommunications Center is home to the Communications Division (CitiCABLE and Torrance Community Television) and the General Services Department, including the Cultural Arts Center Administrative Offices.
The Telecommunications Center features two studios, eight edit suites, a classroom area, conference rooms, viewing rooms, and administrative offices.
It is adjacent to the beautiful James Armstrong Theatre, Toyota Meeting Hall, George Nakano Theatre, Torino Festival Plaza, Ken Miller Recreation Center, Torrance Art Museum, and Pine Wind Garden.
