Volunteering

Volunteers assist in the production of most programs shown on TCtv. Every position, from camera operators, audio engineers, directors, producers – virtually every aspect of production volunteers have been involved in. TCtv is continuously seeking new volunteers. No experience is necessary!

The only requirements are an interest in television production and the ability to work as a team on a crew.

Torrance residents

  • You can volunteer to become a Certified Producer and create your own programs
  • You can volunteer for multi-camera field productions
  • You can volunteer to help Certified Producer's create their programs

Non-Torrance residents

  • You can volunteer for multi-camera field productions
  • You can volunteer to help Certified Producer's create their programs

How to Get Started

  • Submit Volunteer Crew List Application form
  • Submit photocopy of current California Drivers License
  • Your Volunteer Profile will be added to the Volunteer Binder, and your name, phone, email, will be included on the Volunteer List.  Both of these items are available to all Producers.
  • Wait for a producer to contact you
