THE ATTIC includes a 1,970-square-foot multi-purpose room. Other rooms within THE ATTIC are not available for rental. This flexible multi-purpose room is designed to accommodate a wide range of events and activities.

Contact ATTIC staff to schedule a site visit and receive detailed rental information.
Submit your rental application to THE ATTIC office at least two (2) weeks prior to your event.
Residents may reserve up to 9 months in advance.
Non-residents may reserve up to 1 month in advance. (Proof of residency required.)
Once your application is approved, Facility Booking will issue an invoice.
Your reservation is finalized after payment is received.
