The Port of Long Beach’s Business Development Division is offering a series of complimentary trade workshops to support prospective and current importers and exporters interested in expanding their international reach.

A different trade-related topic will be discussed each month, aimed at educating small- and medium-sized companies interested in starting or building their import and export business.

Registration is REQUIRED – register at the links below:

• Aug. 20 : Importing 101 (registration deadline Aug. 13)

• Sept. 10: Exporting 101 (registration deadline Sept. 3)

• Oct. 8: Port Operations (registration deadline Oct. 1)

• Nov. 5: Foreign Trade Zone 50 and Bonded Warehouses (registration deadline Oct. 29)

Workshops begin at 9:30 a.m. and end with a networking lunch at noon. Complimentary boxed lunches and self-parking will be provided
