An audible test of the Torrance Neighborhood Outdoor Warning (TorranceNOW) Sirens will be conducted on Friday, October 2 at 3 p.m. During this test, those in Torrance can expect to hear a wail tone along with a voice announcement: "This is only a test," followed by chimes.
