The Friends of Madrona Marsh and the City of Torrance invite the community to join us at the Madrona Marsh Nature Center on Saturday, April 25 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for our annual Nature Festival!
Take guided tours of the Preserve, do nature-themed arts and crafts activities, watch a life cycle puppet show, attend a Nature Storytime reading, see what lives in the water through a microscope, and join a meet and greet with reptiles, amphibians, and insects. Several locally based environmental nonprofit groups will have information booths, sharing their good work with the community on behalf of our local wildlife. Meet our mascot, Ollie the Frog, and vote on a new name for our resident California King Snake.
Join us for this free, family-friendly celebration of Mother Nature!
