Bike to Work Day in the City of Torrance is part of National Bike Month in May, usually celebrated on the third Friday of the month (May 15, 2026, for the official national day). The City of Torrance will be celebrating Bike to Work Day on Thursday, May 21st, and will host a dedicated pit stop at Torrance City Hall (3031 Torrance Blvd) to encourage commuters with refreshments and resource information on local bike routes from 6 a.m. to 8 a.m.
In addition, all passengers who board Torrance Transit buses on this day with their bike and/or helmet will be eligible to ride for free!
