The City of Torrance would love to celebrate this incredible milestone. Through our Centenarian Program, we honor residents who reach 100 years or more for their lifetime of experience and contributions to our community. Complete the application below, and the honoree will receive a City Proclamation and a Centenarian Coin. The program is coordinated by our Recreation Division in partnership with the Commission on Aging.
