City Flags Lowered in Honor of Senator Lindsey Graham

President Donald J. Trump ordered the United States Flag lowered to half-staff effective immediately and returned to full-staff at 6 p.m. on Saturday, July 18, 2026.

This is in honor of United States Senator Lindsey Graham, who passed away yesterday, Saturday, July 11, 2026. As a matter of protocol, the Maryland Flag is lowered to half-staff. No flag may fly higher than the United States flag.
