How to Submit Public Comment

The public is welcome to attend all City Council meetings and provide public comment. Learn about the available ways to submit a public comment and participate in a meeting.

Before the Meeting

  • Online: Submit your comment through the OneMeeting Public Portal.
  • In Person: Deliver a hard copy to the City Clerk's Office, 3031 Torrance Blvd., Torrance, CA 90503, during regular business hours.

Comments received by 5:30 p.m. on the Monday before a Tuesday City Council meeting will be published for public review before the meeting. Comments received after 5:30 p.m. but before the meeting adjourns will be added to the record. 

During the Meeting

  • Attend In Person: Speak during the designated public comment period in the LeRoy J. Jackson Council Chamber, 3031 Torrance Blvd., Torrance, CA 90503
  • Participate Remotely: Call into the meeting at +1 (669)-444-9171 and enter Meeting ID: 899 1450 5182 when prompted. 

Public comments may be provided during the designated public comment periods in accordance with the meeting procedures established by Council Rules of Order.
