License Review Board

The License Review Board reviews business license applications and handles license revocations in Torrance. They approve new business licenses and revoke existing licenses when necessary. City employees, appointed by the City Manager per the Torrance Municipal Code, serve on the board.

The License Review Board meetings are held on the first and third Thursdays at 10 a.m. in the West Annex Commission Room (3031 Torrance Blvd.)
