Step 1.Complete our online form

You must submit certificate request information at least three weeks in advance.

Step 2.We will review your request

The Mayor will review and forward the approved request to staff for processing.

 

Step 3.Receive your certificate

We can deliver your certificate in three ways:

  • Present it at a City Council Meeting
  • Mailed to the recipient (upon request)
  • Arrange for pick up
