Whether you're a property owner, contractor, or developer, these new tools empower you to submit online applications, pay fees, and check status all from the comfort of your home or office. By reducing the need for in-person visits, we’re saving you time, streamlining the process, and ensuring your projects move forward efficiently.

Effective January 5, 2026, the Community Risk Reduction Division will be accepting electronic submittal/plan review and will transition entirely to a digital plan check and permit submittal process. Paper plans and physical submittals will no longer be accepted after this date.
