Torrance Community Counseling Services (TCCS)
Torrance Community Counseling Services (TCCS) is a unique partnership of mental health professionals and law enforcement personnel, working together to provide a wide range of intervention and prevention services for youth and families in the Torrance community.
Now in its 29th year, TCCS continues to coordinate youth-focused programs in collaboration with the City of Torrance, Torrance Unified School District, Los Angeles County Probation, and other community-based agencies.
