The Torrance Certified Farmers’ Market will offer a weekly Farmers’ Market Subscription Program for community members who can’t make it to the market on Tuesdays or Saturdays starting June 30th.
Each week, a local chef selects the freshest seasonal fruits and vegetables available at the Torrance Certified Farmers’ Market. These items are packed into weekly share boxes and delivered to the Bartlett Senior Center for pickup.
The contents of the box change every week based on what’s in season, and all subscribers receive the same box. Unfortunately, we cannot shop individually for each person—part of the fun is discovering what the farmers are harvesting that week!
Order your share at torrance.rec.us by the end of the day on Wednesday. Pick up your box the following Tuesday from 12:00 PM–3:00 PM at the Bartlett Senior Center.
Due to our website’s setup, all subscribers begin with a Basic Share and may choose to add on a larger share size when adding to basket.
$10 Basic Share A small assortment of seasonal snacking produce for one person.
Add one of these to your Basic Share if you’d like a larger box:
+ $15 Home Chef Share A weekly supply of seasonal produce for 1–2 people. ($25 total)
+ $35 Family Share A larger weekly supply of seasonal produce for a family of 4 or more. ($45 total)
