Dr. Khajavi has been with the City since March 2023. She earned her Doctorate Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Southern California in 2021. She also has a Master of Science Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Cal State and is accredited with a Project Management Certificate, School Management Negotiators Certification, and POST Certified-Internal Affairs.
Torrance City Hall follows a 9/80 work schedule. We’re open for nine days every two weeks and closed every other Friday.
