Permit Records grants access to scanned Building, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, Grading, Sign, and Engineering permit records.
Property Information provides information regarding parcel profile attributes such as zoning, special overlay areas (Hillside, Expansive Soils, etc), assessor parcel number, year built, legal description, and more. Building and Architectural Plans are not available through this system, as they are copyrighted material. To view any commercial or residential plans, please contact the City Clerk’s Office at (310) 618-2870 or submit a Public Records Request (PRR).
