To request digital signage, please submit your event to the Torrance Calendar first. Events must be submitted to the Torrance Calendar before being considered for display on the digital signs.
Your message will display as a static slide for 4–6 seconds.
Messages run daily from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
We may display civic information, City-sponsored events, emergency updates, and events hosted in Torrance by Torrance-based nonprofit organizations.
Civic Center events and programs are granted priority.
