Pay for a Fire Inspection

To pay a fee due on an annual fire inspection, you will need to know the record number, which is included on the invoice for the inspection.  It will be in a format like EVL99-99999 or ANN99-99999, and is typically displayed near the top right corner of the invoice or inspection result form.

Note: if you are using a mobile device such as a smart phone or tablet (even if using WiFi), you must click on Request Desktop Site to ensure that the website functions fully.  This option is located in different places depending on the device and web browser you are using, but is typically near the URL or web page address in your browser.

Step 1.Search for your inspection

Note: You do not need to login

Enter the record number in the Record Number field, then press Enter or click on Search 

Step 2.Complete the application

Click the payments menu, then fees, located in the middle of the web page under the Record Number and Record Status information.The outstanding charges and fees paid will be displayed. Click on the blue text labeled "Pay Fees" then click Continue Application to pay online. 

  1. Payments made using a credit or debit card will be assessed a 2% service fee.The fee will be displayed for review before payment is completed.
  2. There is no service fee applied when making payment using a personal or corporate check.Both savings and checking accounts are acceptable.
  3. Partial payments are not available.

Step 3.Submit to complete payment 

If you would like a receipt for your payment, enter an email address to receive the receipt. Verify payment information, click 'Confirm' if correct. Review service fee (If applicable), click Submit to complete payment. Wait until delivered back to Online Permit, License & Request Center with payment completed. If payment was successful, a green check mark will be displayed with a message saying “Application Received for Processing.” If an error message is displayed, please read what it says and follow its directions, if any. If there are no directions, you may try to pay online again at another time.
