Register your dog or cat through DocuPet. Dogs over 3 months old must be licensed and renewed annually, while cat licenses are optional but encouraged.

Step 1.Download and complete the registration form

Step 2.Gather the required documents

Have a copy of your pet's vaccination certificate, sterilization document, and a check payable to DocuPet Corp. 

Step 3.Mail the completed form

Send the completed form along with the completed documents and check via USPS regular mail to:
