The Recreation Services Division provides an assortment of recreational and educational opportunities for Torrance high school students currently enrolled in 9th, 10th, 11th or 12th grade. The programs and activities offered include: 

• THE ATTIC - A Torrance Teen Center
• THE ATTIC Advisory Committee (AAC)
• Torrance Youth Council (TYC)
