By reducing the need for in-person visits, we’re saving you time, streamlining the process, and ensuring your projects move forward efficiently.

Effective January 5, 2026, the Engineering Division will be accepting electronic submittal/plan review and will transition entirely to a digital plan check and permit submittal process. Paper plans and physical submittals will no longer be accepted after this date.

Before submitting an application to the Engineering Division, please visit the Engineering and Grading Application and Resources page to find relevant documents for both Engineering and Grading Permits.
