MESSAGE FROM THE CHIEF OF POLICE

On behalf of the Torrance Police Department, I would like to take a moment to thank our community members.  The strong partnership between the community and our Police Department is extremely important.  Rest assured, each member of our organization will take pride in our service to you.

I am extremely privileged to work alongside the professional men and women of this Department whose values exemplify “Excellence through Teamwork”.  I applaud all our first responders and support staff for their loyalty, dedication and the selfless service they exhibit daily.

Our mission is to provide the highest level of service to our community. Our efforts will focus on ensuring our residents feel safe to raise their families, businesses have opportunities to flourish and that our entire community is safeguarded.
