The Department is led by Chief Mark Matsuda and is supported by his Command Staff, consisting of a Deputy Chief and four Captains. Each Captain is responsible for one of the major components within the Department's structure: the Administrative, Patrol, Investigative and Traffic and Emergency Services, and Services Bureaus.
