Organizational Development Division Mission Statement

The Organizational Development Division manages the departmental leadership development efforts, oversees the self-assessment and continuous improvement plan, functions as the TFD Safety Officer, and acts as the TFD representative to Area and Regional Operations Groups. The divisional responsibilities include chief officer training, company officer development programs, oversight of the TFD self-assessment manual, source document oversight, promotional exam subject matter expert, and TFD activity calendar management.
