Organizational Planning Division Mission Statement

The Organizational Planning Division is responsible for overseeing workforce/employee development, succession planning efforts, safety, and performance improvement efforts of all safety ranks.  The organizational planning division will provide subject matter oversight on all promotional exams to ensure consistency with the departments training and succession planning efforts.  In addition, the Organizational Planning Division provides all strategic and advanced planning functions for TFD including deployment and resource modeling, analytics and statistical data review, strategic planning, standards of cover, and accreditation.
