The City of Torrance is thrilled to introduce OneMeeting, our innovative agenda and meeting management platform designed to enhance transparency and community engagement. With OneMeeting, citizens now have unprecedented access to legislative information, empowering them to engage more effectively with city governance.

This comprehensive platform is tailored to meet the evolving needs of our community, offering a seamless experience for both internal and external users. OneMeeting also promotes language access equity, allowing community members to translate agendas into Spanish, Khmer, Tagalog, and many other languages via Google Translate.

Our transition to OneMeeting will be rolled out in phases, starting with the launch of the public online portal and the City Council agenda. As we move forward, additional updates will be implemented to further enhance the platform’s capabilities. Once the transition is fully complete, our current system, Granicus, will no longer be used for future meetings. However, Granicus will remain accessible for viewing agendas, minutes, videos, and records from past meetings until all data is successfully migrated to OneMeeting.

This new platform is more than just a tool; it's a gateway to active participation in the legislative process. Stay informed, make your voice heard, and help shape the future of our city. Join us in embracing OneMeeting—a powerful step toward open and accessible governance.
