  Torrance Library Staff Question & Suggestion Form  
We are committed to continuously developing our services, refining our procedures and ultimately improving services to the community and staff. To achieve this, it is essential that we encourage the sharing of ideas and suggestions from all staff.

This form enables anyone on staff to ask a question, clarify a rumor, or suggest how we can improve our current systems and procedures. You can remain anonymous.

All suggestions received will be presented to the appropriate level for consideration and comment. In addition, all staff making suggestions will receive feedback if they leave contact information. Results will be monitored by Library Administration.
