City flags will be lowered to half-staff in honor of the victims of the tragedies in Bondi Beach in Sydney, Australia, which occurred on December 14, 2025, and Brown University in Rhode Island, which occurred on December 13, 2025.

The flags are to remain at half-staff until sunset on Sunday, December 21, 2025.
