DESCRIPTION:Early Childhood Education offers kids an opportunity to have fun in a "Play to Learn" environment. Children must be completely toilet trained before registering. Proof of age must be presented at the parents meeting. Students must  be age appropriate by the first class unless otherwise noted. Participants may only enroll in one ECE class per session.  <br><br>Registration for Torrance residents begins August 12 and for nonresidents on August 19. <br><br>You can register online at <a href="https://torrance.rec.us/organizations/city-of-torrance?tab=programs" target="_blank">Torrance.Rec.Us</a> or in person at the West Annex Registration office (3031 Torrance Blvd.) from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday (closed every other Friday)
