Comic Book Chaos: Bringing Adventures to Life
WHAT IS IT?: A fun, action-packed drama camp where campers create and perform their own superhero (or supervillain!) stories.
WHAT WILL WE DO?: Campers will invent original characters, act out dramatic and funny scenes, and build a live comic book adventure using acting, movement, and teamwork.
WHAT WILL WE LEARN?: Kids will learn acting skills, improvisation, movement, voice work, script writing, storyboarding, and how to bring comic-style stories to life on stage.
WHAT ARE THE DETAILS?: This week-long camp is all about creativity, collaboration, and big ideas—no acting experience needed, just imagination and energy!
WHO TEACHES?: An experienced teaching artist leads the camp, helping kids bring their boldest ideas to the stage.
DO WE PERFORM?: Yes! Campers will act out their original characters and scenes all week as they build their comic book world.
IS THERE A FINAL SHOWCASE?: Yes! At the end of the week, family and friends are invited to see a one-of-a-kind live comic story performed by the campers.
DATES: June 30 - July 3, 2025
DAYS: Monday-Thursday
TIME: 9 AM - 4 PM
