Two Arrested in Hate Crime/Vandalism
On Thursday, July 23, 2020, the victims filed a hate crime/vandalism report with the Torrance Police Department. The crime began as a road rage situation and culminated in the area of Artesia Boulevard and Prairie Avenue on Wednesday, July 22, 2020, at approximately 10:30 PM.
Hate Crime Arrest
On June 29, 2020, at approximately 11:36 PM, Torrance Police Officers responded to the Staybridge Suites, located at 19901 Prairie Avenue regarding shots fired. Upon arrival, officers found a 50-year-old male adult who was struck by a vehicle and had suffered lower extremity injuries.
