Richard Foss, author, journalist, lecturer, and food historian will tell the tales of how rum and vodka have changed history and will discuss the importance of these beverages. Richard Foss is a food historian and journalist. He has written about food and drink for publications including Time Out, Easy Reader Newspaper, and Los Angeles CityBeat.
