The Southwood Homeowners' Association is holding a forum "pro and con" for the Torrance Unified School District (TUSD) School Bonds, which will be on the November 4th General Election Ballot. Mayor Frank Scotto and Dr. Michael Ernst, TUSD Board President, will explain the reasons why they believe a school bond is necessary. Also present will be G. Rick Marshall and Charles Deemer giving their argument against the bonds. After their presentations, questions will be taken from the audience. This meeting is open to the public and residents are asked to attend so they can make an informed decision on November 4th.
