For ten years, City of Torrance employees step away once a year from their daily work and onto the theatre stage to help raise funds for the American Cancer Society, more specifically, to help raise start up funds for the annual Torrance Relay for Life Walk. The Walk is a way for communities to participate in a national effort of the American Cancer Society.
The 2008 show entitled “The Best of Ten” will feature the most entertaining variety acts from shows throughout the past nine years. Refreshments and opportunity drawing tickets will be available for purchase. Tickets cost $10.00 for all ages and may be purchased at the Box Office (310) 781-7171. All proceeds go towards the fight against cancer.
