Free Tax Assistance for Seniors! The Tax Assistance Program for Senior Citizens sponsored by AARP begins February 1, 2012, and continues through April 13, 2012. By deconstruction and re-imagining footage that has already had a life in the world, these artists expand the familiar into new, multi-faceted installations and single-channel videos.
