Driven by an explosive mix of jazz, rock, classical, Afro Cuban, and world rhythms, Tizer, a multicultural band led by keyboardist/composer Lao was a ‘Best New Jazz Artist’ nominee in 2002. His album Diversity spent many weeks on the Billboard Contemporary Jazz charts.
