Veterans’ Memorial Wall, City Hall, 3031 Torrance Boulevard, Torrance
It will celebrate the Torrance Historical Society’s completion of research and inclusion of the story of each name on the Memorial Wall to honor these Torrance veterans, which was dedicated on March 19, 2005.

Starting June 1, 2012, 50 person limit for this program. You must register to attend. You may register on Saturdays at 12 noon or you may register by calling the Nature Center at; (310)782-3989. If you plan to attend with a group each person must individually sign up. If you no show after you have signed up, you may not sign up again for 2 weeks. Join us for our restoration program every Saturday from 8:45 a.m. - 12 noon on the Preserve planting natives, weeding, propagating or maybe watering new plants. Wear closed toe shoes, bring gloves and be ready to work. Refreshments are provided. Rain cancels this program. Late comers will be sent away. If you are 15 years or younger you must be accompnied by a parent or guardian.
