Toddlers (ages 12 - 36 mos) and caregivers are invited to join the Librarian for stories, songs, and fun! Part of Dream Big READ! the Torrance Public Library Summer Reading Program. This program is free, but the room can get crowded so please arrive on time. Sponsored by the Friends of the Torrance Library. Summer Parks: The City of Torrance Community Services Department invites the public to stop in for fun at the parks this Summer. Recreation staff will be leading and supervising activities and crafts at no cost! Young children should be accompanied by an adult, as this is a drop in program where children can come and go as they please.
