Madrona Marsh Nature Center & Preserve, 3201 Plaza Del Amo, Torrance CA 90503
Join the Propagation Society and Linda Gonzales as we plant seeds for the future of the Preserve. Learn how to: prepare soil for planting on the Marsh, grow native plants for restoration and fund raising events at the Madrona Marsh, 'pot up' plants to larger containers, collect and 'clean' seeds and prune native plants in the nursery. This program is held weekly and is best for all ages. free.

Join the Propagation Society. Have fun learning how to prepare soil for planting, collect seeds, pot-up plants to larger containers, prune native plants and grow native plants for restoration and fundraising events. This programs happens every Thursday from 10:30 a.m. - 12 noon. This program is best for adults. No small children or highschool students please.

Stop in for fun at the parks this Winter. Recreation staff will be leading and supervising activities and crafts at no cost! Young children should be accompanied by an adult, as this is a drop in program where children come and go as they please. Parks with an asterisk* will be closed in the event of rain.
