Referred to by Downbeat Magazine as “a young Billie Holiday, Frances has emerged as a performer with her own unique singing style.” With her voice and an ability to please audiences and make a lasting impression, Frances has toured internationally and has worked with some of the jazz greats. Dinner will be available from Red Car Brewery.
