Located in a central portion of Torrance, the segment exists between Crenshaw Blvd. and Maple Ave. Beginning Wednesday, August 22 the new 4 lane divided roadway will provide an additional east-west route throughout Torrance. Construction also included widening the existing segment of Del Amo Blvd. between Maple Ave. and Prairie Ave., a new grade separation, new traffic signals, drainage improvements and utility relocation.

Show begins at dusk (approximately 8 p.m.) but come early to get a good spot on the lawn, enjoy a picnic, and take advantage of the park on a warm summer night. Part of the Library's Dream Big READ! Summer Reading Program. This program is free, presented by the Community Services Department in association with local homeowners associatons.
