Learn how to: prepare soil for planting on the Marsh, grow native plants for restoration and fund raising events at the Madrona Marsh, 'pot up' plants to larger containers, collect and 'clean' seeds and prune native plants in the nursery. Don’t miss this special concert featuring violinist Alexander Treger, who is the former concertmaster of the Los Angeles Philharmonic. This will be a special Taiwan evening with Dr. Tyzen Hsiao, composer, attending the concert. Maestro Frank Fetta, Alexander Treger, and the Torrance Symphony Orchestra will be performing Dr. Hsiao’s Violin Concerto.
