Volunteers are needed for habitat restoration every Tuesday and Wednesday morning. Join the group and gain expertise about weeds of the South Bay. Using a wide variety of musical ensembles, multi-media, and narration, Songs From the Homefront will take the audience on a historical journey of popular American war-time music – from the Revolutionary War to today. Throughout America’s history, times of war and conflict have given birth to some of our nations most memorable and cherished music. By remembering and celebrating this great music, the 300th Army Band strives to present a program that is both educational and entertaining for audiences of all ages, and which will instill in the listener a deep sense of pride in our American heritage.
