Then, honor the present with the Scotto family, Mayor Frank Scotto and Centennial Committee member Cindy Scotto. Last, we will move forward with Michael Shafer, Torrance Area Chamber of Commerce 2012 Citizen of the Year in this genealogical trip in finding out ‘who we are’.
