The Ride for Kids ® program supports the efforts of the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation (PBTF) to find the cause of and cure for childhood brain tumors. Come join hundreds of your motorcyclist (and scooter) friends at the Los Angeles Ride for Kids® to make a difference in children's lives! When you ride with us side by side in that endless column of bikes, people waving at you at every turn, you'll know you're making a positive statement for our sport at the same time. And while the ride itself is amazing, the stories of the children the PBTF benefits are even more compelling. Please join us on May 5, 2013. Registration opens at 8 am. Escorted ride starts at 10 am at American Honda Motor Co. $40 min donation (online; $50 day of) gets you a ride entry, beverages, breakfast pastries & lunch

All Middle School 8th Graders, join the fun! The Torrance Youth Council is sponsoring a Garden Clean Up. Come by and check it out, talk to representatives from the high school service clubs and learn how you can get involved and help your community. A contentinal breakfast will be provided, and you can earn community service for the day. If you are interested drop by the office at your Middle School and pick up a permission slip, and we will see you on May 11th.
